"To the Manager. I want to let you know that my car was towed from your place ( 565 Aldine St. St.Paul) on Saturday 4/10/2021 at 10:00 Pm. my complaint is not about enforcing your rules but the manner in which this was done. There was no any notice left behind to let someone know who took their car and why. Second even when this is your policy, how can it be that it disregards day and time at which this is carried out. Why are the rates of towing not published? It is unbelievable to charge someone $300 for such a simple issue as parking violation. On top of that to demand that if location of towing is in St. Paul you have to pay in Cash. Please be a Humane doing business. This is really bad and cruel way of doing business. I hope I get a Humane reply about my issue"

"Scheduled a showing with them, waited 15 minutes for them, called them numerous times with no answer. I wonder how well they can manage their apartments if they can’t even show up for a simple viewing."

"Very strange and very different smells. Each floor had it's own euroma and it's thik. It's directly on bus line and near a variety of great family and customer service friendly establishment that make up the great St Paul area. Overall not a permanent solution for a home"
