"Como Park Apartment has been home to me for the past 3 years. From the moment I was viewing the apartment tot when I left the staff has always been respectful and welcoming. Throughout my time there I have never had an issues with neighbors or the staff. The amenities there are also great as well, easy to access and maintenance are also reliable too. I love the Luxury deliver that Como Park Apartment has because I feel secure that my package will be delivered to me. Moreover, I love the the staff are also engaging and always coming up with events for the residents during holidays. I also love the on going Thursday food trucks where a different food truck will come to our apartment for a certain period of time. If I didn't have to move for family reasonings I would stay say here loner. It is bittersweet to leave Como Park Apartment and the staff there. Brittany and Tina was always super helpful and friendly. I hope you all will have a fabulous time like I did."
"Great while living there. Robbery when you leave. Was forced to pay for the entire apartment to be recarpeted because of a small area the kids spilled paint on under the kitchen table. The carpet was old when moved in. Apartment was cleaned spotless when moved house."
"This was my second time at Como Park Apartments. After the first time, 3 years, I knew I wanted to come back because of the great staff and wonderful amenities they offer. In addition, they host multiple fun get-togethers each month to help us to get to know your neighbor. Now, after another 2 years of calling this place my home, I would recommend it to any of my friends or family members. They are wonderful to work with."
"Just moved out (leaving the state) after living here a little over a year. I loved the area and the amenities available! It's not the newest complex, but maintenance is timely and management puts effort into the complex. Management also tries to foster a sense of community with monthly events and takes feedback from tenants. Highly recommend Como Park apartments if you're looking for a place in the area!"
"I've lived in Como Park Apartments since January 2020, right before the pandemic hit. The apartments were built in the 70's and they definitely have that feeling to them with the floor radiators and the window AC units, but they are great apartments. The laundry units are on the second floor which is nice since it's as fair as can be. The units themselves are well maintained. Maintenance is extremely quick to respond to requests, and they are not shy about getting new appliances when needed. They have replaced my fridge with a brand new, and definitely upgraded unit that had more storage than before. They just came and fixed my AC unit and said if the fix didn't work, they will get a brand new one, even though this AC unit was installed pretty close to when we moved in (currently May 2023). I know when a neighbor has moved out because the carpet repair/replace, painters, and maintenance are swarming apartments to get everything they can fixed. In addition, the property managers have been actively making upgrades. They installed package lockers in response to increased package thefts, putting notices on all buildings for delivery drivers to only deliver packages there. Installing cameras at all entrances, installing a key fob system so you don't have to use a key to enter the building, maintaining the parking lots to make sure there are no major potholes or issues, replacing sidewalks when the ground erosion makes them uneven, keeping the pools well maintained, and in general, making improvements that benefits the residents. There are "nicer" looking apartments that are newer, but I've lived in a lot of apartments and I will take a well maintained, well managed property with what some people consider outdated styling any day of the week. I sleep well at night knowing that if something in our apartment isn't right, they will fix it within a day or two. The longest part is waiting on replacement items."
