Oxbo was very responsive from the first call all the way past the move in process, and all of the staff is super amazing to work with! Also all of the residents are very friendly. Common areas are always very clean and tidy too. With the amazing location, great staff, and great residents, Oxbo is a great rental property. If you're debating, I would chose Oxbo 100%."

"I can not say enough about how happy I am with living at the Oxbo. I got a new job which has me relocating and I am very sad to be moving out. The location is the best! If you are a Wild fan, Concert goer, foodie, bar hopper, or like walking along the Mississippi river this is the place to live. Everyone who lives in the building is extremely nice and I will dearly miss my neighbors. Amenities are great, the pool area is very nice, they have a rooftop common room and deck which has a terrific view and I used the gym often and it had everything I needed. The staff... you wont find nicer people. From the front desk to the maintenance guys everyone there rocks a smile and is always willing to help should you need anything. The units are quiet and spacious. As I type this I am realizing more and more how much I will miss living here. If you are reading this you are probably deciding between a couple apartments in the West 7th area... save yourself some time and just schedule a tour at the Oxbo and you will see everything I just typed up.
