"If I could give zero stars I would, me and my friend/coworker rushed from work to get there @ 3:45 and no one was there. We tried to call previously in the morning to see about the application fee and deposit, we called again before our tour at @3:00 to ask again about the application fee and to no, avail no one answered. We arrived at the apartments at 3:40 pm and called another 5 times to see where the rental office was and AGAIN no one answered. My advice, Don’t waste your time coming here."

"Where do I even start? If you’re looking for an apartment with: - No amenities - Laundry that costs at the least $5 a load (and in all quarters!) - Unsealed walls that give ants a highway into your apartment no matter how well you clean it - Heaters half off the wall - Neighbors that have no respect for noise levels, their own children, or not setting off the fire alarm at late hours of the night - Neighbors that park in the handicap parking lot even though they’re not handicapped but think their Genesis is so special that they can’t park in the street or garage they have. And a towing company that does absolutely nothing about this person despite calling multiple times. - Neighbors that obscure entry to the building because they can’t be bothered to park their vehicle on the street - Terribly plowed side streets and limited parking in the parking lot - Property management that “resolves” your maintenance requests by doing nothing - Thick sheets of ice in the parking lot - Potholes spanning the entire lot that are deeper than my shoes - A parking lot that has been resealed but potholes have not been attended to - Poor shoveling/salting/plowing services - Landlord special painted trim, window sills, etc. Then this is the place for you! The upside of this property was the proximity to the Saint Paul UMN campus. Seriously pay the extra few hundred dollars and move to a place that values you as a person!"

"Update: 3-17-2023: It’s so interesting one of the staff called me asking me to modify or take down my review. She even claimed I wrote a negative comment about the inside of the building! I never said anything about the inside of the building since I’ve never been inside. I am not sure why she would say. Its clear that I made an observation based on the outside of their property and the look of their building as well as the responses of their tenants. Wow! It’s seems like she cares more about that review than addressing my concerns. I think it’s very important to show transparency, run your business professionally, and be empathetic individual vs trying to intimidate me. She could have made things right and show accountability. I scheduled a showing on 3/14/2023 @2pm. I received multiple emails and text confirmation. Once I arrived for my appointment, NO One was there. I called them and no one answered me. I asked two residents living in the building where their leasing office was and they told me office is located somewhere else. The residents also confirmed how difficult it is to get hold of any of their staff and very slow with fixing things. Please don’t believe the online pictures. I walked around and the building is old, appears neglected and state of decrepitude. From the outside, It looks like it’s in very bad condition as if its not being cared for. The neighborhood looks gloomy and street seems cramped . My assumption is you will most likely have to deal with creakiest floors , thin walls, noise and rattling. In addition, it’s ridiculous and upsetting the staff at Priscilla Standish Apartments wasted my time. Like a previous reviewer said, very unprofessional staff as they fail to keep the appointment. Please do your diligence and don’t wast your time coming here."

"We love our home here! Great neighborhood and amazing support from Cole, whom showed us the apt and went above and beyond to get us in to our place. Love the garage option and having laundry rooms to use. Not a single complaint from our end."

"I’ve had an opportunity to walk through one of the newly remodeled units and I have to say they look amazing!! Older building but the upgraded units are freshly painted with new light fixtures, new ceiling fans and other newer amenities. These apartments are tucked away in a very quiet little neighborhood near the Minnesota State Fair which I love!!"
