"Very Desiving.. the Finn Apartments. We are in the Market looking for a Loft Apartment.. I thought I was gonna be WOWED, with these Apartments, and location Complet Disappointment.. Called asked for a Tour, of all amenities. Humm. Was told the Shay was booked solid, she had an attitude rite off the start,when we showed up she was talking to the Janitor no other appointments very deceived.. Wify and I showed up. The Lobby smelled like Phesisi, pool was very small, fitness center, had kids on the machines with no socks, nasty. Toured a one bedroom super small, sliding screen door had holes, Sink had a 5 dollar faucet, appliances were very beat up.. Will not peruse any further. Recommend being flexible Folks work many different hrs. Shay should be completely Maluble to fit peoples random work schedules."

"We love living at The Finn! Not only are the units beautiful and full of natural light, but the staff and residents here are all so kind. This community is so warm and welcoming. Will has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need - and more! The location is walkable (most things you may want/need are just a block or so away!) and a short commute for me to work in Downtown St Paul. All in all, my fiance and I feel so lucky to have found this spot, with no plans to move any time soon :) Thank you, The Finn!"

"The Finn is a beautiful apartment complex so conveniently located in the heart of downtown Highland Park. Close to restaurants, grocery and drug stores, you name it, it’s right next door to The Finn. All of the staff members are so nice and welcoming. Liz in the office is The Best! She is so friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel like her new best friend but most importantly said how all the residents in the building are like family. Pot luck dinners, wine tastings, and so many more things they are planning for residents! The apartments are appointed beautifully as well as all of the community areas! I don’t have a pet but they have their own dog run and pet washing station. I guess they are family too! Live in the best place possible and walk outside your door to everything that Highland Park offers just steps away. I look forward to being a part of The Finn Family."
