"The condos/apartments themselves are nice for the price minus the constant construction. Would highly recommend renting from the complex itself and not Mary Esch/Hamad Al-Huthali. They do not follow the standard landlord laws and have asked for rent before the first on multiple occasions. Very unprofessional private landlords. One example is we signed a lease for a unit with a fireplace and it was broken upon move in & we were given false promises of it being serviced for 6 months."
