"Sadly, we have experienced dozens of issues about noise and weed smoking on our floor. Also, we had breaker issues for MONTHS. Thankfully the breaker issue got resolved but everything else has been on/off; since week one of our lease. Due to all of this among a family matter, we have talked about breaking our lease early. The fact you can't reach out to management during the weekend or after hours for issues is another serious matter. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for quiet or a good place for your kid(s). Cowboy Jacks gets too carried away some nights."

"11/26/2023 Luckily over the last weekend they sent out an electrician and whatever they did it fixed the issue. I also was reached out to several times by the property manager and it appears that they're trying really hard to fix this issue. My reason for a 3-star rating despite the resolution of the electrical issue is because I've also had an on-going issue with a loud barking dog for the last month. I hadn't heard it in a couple weeks, but this has been an off-and-on issue and you never know when you're about to hear a 30-minute barking session which occurred again last night from 6pm-10pm and in the past was occurring frequently during the work day. The apartment does well with talking-level noise, but the barking shoots right through the wall, so, I have to sleep with a loud fan to drown out the potential noises because I never know when it's going to happen. 11/22/2023 If you look below you'll see another review about electrical power issues at this apartment. I have the exact same issue and it's an issue with many other units in this complex - I was told by maintenance that as many as 60 units are impacted. I have brought this to their attention several times and I would high-recommend that you ask if your unit might be impacted and get it in writing. This issue could impact your WiFi (it does for me) so if you work from home and need reliable internet then this could be very frustrating. I hope to update with an improved review."
