"The only good thing is rent is cheap. Mouses come through the door even if your apartment is clean. There is a huge gap under the door they gave me a door sweep that a rat could easily get under. There pest control does not do anything he just looked around and left. BUGS BUGS BUGS! Spiders, roaches, bed bugs, and maggots everywhere. In the tub, kitchen, bedrooms. The neighbors are awful they play loud the management has done nothing. There is no amazon hub and the office will not receive packages. So packages are always be sent back. The pool outside is dirty they don't even clean it. Mold is in the bathroom. Heat does not work in the big bedroom. The porch door does not lock it is so dangerous living here!"
"I love living here! The move in process was simple, and everyone is extremely friendly! I have a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath and a patio and the price is perfect! It is also very quiet, and there are plenty of kids in the neighborhood as well! The office staff is wonderful, as well as the maintenance staff, and any issues had are dealt with in a timely fashion! One of my favorite places I have lived so far!"

"It is a beautiful and conducive place to live in New Brighton Minnesota. They are located just not so far from stores and places where most basic necessities are gotten. They equally have beautiful places nearby to visit such as the Hansen park and a beautiful reservoir similar to a lake just adjacent. Swimming is not permitted but the scenery is amazing."
