Even though it is older buildings, they are well cared for and there is an overall calm, peaceful vibe in the complex. It is SO much better than other apartments in the same price range! My son just upgraded from a studio to a 2 bedroom and it was a smooth transition. I am so happy that he landed at Windsor South."
