"Do not rent here. Parking is so bad. They only have about 7 visitor parking for 3 whole complex! Stay over more than 48hrs in the visitor parking and you'll get towed. Went on vacation thinking our cars would be safe to come back to but nope. Both cars were towed at our own expense "due to snow removal" but there weren't even any snow that day! They will not care if you're a resident at their apartment. They will still call to get your car towed! Never had any issue with parking at any other apartment but here is the worst! Been here almost 3 years and this is how they treat their residents! Will be moving out soon!"

"Very nice apartments"

"I've had a pretty positive experience here so far. The buildings are older but the units are being remodeled. The rental manager Kelsey is great to work with and will respond to questions and concerns. Maintenance is fast and they'll leave little notes for you. Things I like: exercise room, generally quiet buildings with a few exceptions, lots of windows in the units, reasonable rental price (as of 2018), non-smoking. On the downside, it's right next to the freeway and the parking lot isn't that big. They do have nice trees behind the building, and they're working on landscaping. Like most apartments, you do get cooking smells in the hallways but I'm impressed by the lack of smoking in the building! There aren't many flashy amenities but that keeps the prices down."
