"I moved into this facility almost a year now and just renewed my lease . It's an amazing place to stay. It's safe , secured, clean n comfortable. You get almost all you need. The office staff are amazing and friendly too."

"You better off renting a apartment in hell than at this place . Bramantes need to just sell and get rid of this place because they have no passion to upkeep it. the building is condemned fill with bugs. Horrible smells . Dirty hallways maintenance leaves unsafe tools around and the ceiling in my hallway is hanging . Oh in the winter the parking lots are Icy and barely plowed . So if you like to slip and fall while walking to your car. This is your place ! And they give you paper parking passes that you can’t get replaced so if you lose it so be it . No great customer service from Mary (works the front office she hates her job.) the Property manager drive a Range Rover to the rent money is going to that instead of investing it in the property. No pool ever. Please save your money and find a better place and staff to rent from ."

"Resided at this disgusting place for roughly 5 years due to affordability. You definitely get what you pay for here. The pool has never been open once and is used as a storage area for used ovens and other appliances. Entrances are never secure as tenants break the locks and the management won’t invest money or time in replacing. There has been homeless sleeping in the hallways. The property is run down, hardly cleaned and always had a lingering dirty smell. Packages constantly stolen from the lobby area. Glass broken on one of the entrance doors, burnt out light bulbs, broken washer and dryers, cockroaches, and mold. Loud, disrespectful neighbors. Maintenance is non existent and the only time I ever had my issues addressed (non working AC, broken dishwasher, cockroach sighting in my unit and among other reasonable requests) was when I involved the Attorney General after WEEKS of waiting for a response when each request was submitted to the management. Plowing during the winter occasionally happens and when it does, it’s days after the end of the snowfall, so the snow is already compacted and turned into a sheet of ice. I can recall a couple times of not being able to get in or out of the parking lot due to the lack of snow cleanup. Don’t move here. Cheap rent is great, but it comes at a price. You will be miserable and unsafe. Due to the numerous issues and towards the end of my final lease, I honestly didn’t feel the sense of urgency to pay my rent on time for a couple here and there occurrences (I know this is not an appropriate response) but I was just over the place and management. If they don’t care about the property or their tenants, why should I care about lining their pockets. They never put back a dime into restoring or upkeep of the complex."

"Run, do not rent here. They advertise a bunch of amenities that they don’t have. My family lived there for 4.5 years and didn’t have a working security door for 3 of those years. They found a homeless man sleeping in the hallways because anyone off the street could just walk in. There is a shell of an indoor pool that is more of a storage area now. Laundry is a joke, always broken. People steal others packages. Management is not competent. They say they’re making improvements but put some paint over it and some tape and that’s the improvement. We needed to replace 3 tires on our vehicles because the maintenance people don’t clean up their nails and screws after they’re done working."

"love roaches? how about broken dishwashers and sinks? do you look forward to getting screamed at for any late payment, while waiting weeks for any matinence request to be answered? then this might be the apartment complex for you! the Persauds are slumlords are best. they DO NOT care about tenants or fixing the numerous issues in their buildings. we moved into a unit with a broken dishwasher and garbage disposal and were told it was our fault and Terry (property manager) would charge us $200 to fix it. that should have been our first sign to leave. all the other reviews about bugs are scarily accurate. the pool was not once open. washers and dryers frequently broken. I genuinely wish I had something good to say. just stay far away."
