"Overall, the location and discounted first-year rent made this a great option downtown... but there are plenty of cons that reduce my rating to 3 stars. If resolved, however, this place could easily be a minimum 4 star building. Pros: -Convenient location right off of the greenway. -Plenty of visitor parking. -Concierge for packages. -Included additional storage space. Cons: -No online portal for rent/communications. -Dated units and common spaces. -Washers/dryers always out of order. Quarters required, but both change machines out of order. -Computers out of order in the business center (required for printing). -Fees for reserving the community space. -Money spent on some amenities, like the "winterized" pool and included (very slow) internet/cable channels, could be better used elsewhere."

"After one year of residing at 110 grant, I have to say the management is absolutely fantastic! They provide 24 hour concierge who do a wonderful job at keeping an eye on the place overnights. This is my first year living in Minneapolis where I have not experienced a car break-in, or sketchy people in the hallways simply because they really pay attention to who is entering & exiting… It is so refreshing! And appreciated!!"

"As a young, single guy, One Ten Grant was a great place to live in downtown MPLS. Was within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. Secured parking garage, awesome views, and decent apartments. However, the place did have some cons: coin operated laundry (sometimes having to pay twice for drying); hot water problems all the time; elevators going out of order leaving only 1 to cover the entire building; amenities were overpriced. They also had daily donuts available, but you need to get there before 6 am before all the retired folks eat them all. They also had champagne in the evenings. Again, the retired tenants made sure to take advantage of this. Made you wonder how much money you were spending on “rent” that was just going towards useless spending on these. I will say their maintenance team was generally on top of any maintenance issues. Within the first month of moving in, the apartment above me had some how flooded my apartment. Within a week, One Ten Grant had fixed the leak, moved all of my furniture to rip up the ruined flooring, and replaced it all. During this time, the front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating. Overall, I give them 4 stars."

"Very comfortable luxury apartments. I have in house laundry and drier, dishwasher, a very beautiful balcony with super nice view, comfy beds and walk in closets. They have fob entries to the pool, gym, party place, theatre and a 3-level garage. I have also found someone sitting at the reception till late evening. Basically everything you might need and think of!"

"I lived here for 1.5 years from 2016-2018 and loved it!! The price was fantastic for the downtown views and amenities (see pic for downtown view). The pool, deck for grilling and free food / drink perks were some of the things that set it apart. I appreciated the 24 hour concierge, building security and package hold. The location is also fantastic - just a few minutes from countless shops, bars and restaurants. The reason for the 4 stars was for the amount of times one or more of the elevators were out and their general slowness. Even though there were 3 elevators it was faster to use the stairs at times and I lived on the 17th floor!"
