"7west is amazing! The interior space is sustainable and energy efficient. It’s the first LEED Gold certified building in Minneapolis, which means it’s green :) We have recycling and organic compost on each floor and your packages are delivered to your door. The staff is also amazing, Hannah, Papa and Time have been great resources for me. I’ve renewed my lease because of these reasons."

"I was having a ton of issues with my heater. My the motor went out and as it turns out when I tried to fix it, I set a program in my thermostat to 80 degrees. The maintenance man came 3 different times to make sure it was fixed and he also brought a manual and helped me program my thermostat too. He went above and beyond helping me, which I appreciated"

"Nice place to live. Rent is expensive, but the building is nice with decent appliances and amenities in the apartments. There's a nice lounge which is great for studying, and the gym has great equipment. Staff is friendly and responsive, and the maintenance guy (Papa) is particularly nice. He was surprisingly quick to respond on the few occasions I needed something fixed, and he always seems to have parts on hand for common issues. The building is quiet and mostly young professionals with a lot of UMN business graduate students."

"I've been here 3 months. Great building - clean and safe. Very near U of M campus and super easy access to 35W. The building and the staff are very dog-friendly - they keep dog treats regularly available in the lobby. My staff interactions - Linsey and Papa - have always been positive. They are friendly and always able to help with what I'm needing. Great walking distance to the bus, trains, and a couple restaurant/bars - I prefer Corner Bar to the other place."
