"Ox-op continues to impress me in all fields – management, maintenance, and the property. Erica, Amelia, and Vincent have been nothing but helpful, courteous, and VERY responsive. The community events management hosts every month are creative and impressive. Maintenance completes requests within the day and are very pleasant to work with. I had a random request asking what type of paint and color was used for the units as I wanted to buy some paint to touch up some scuff marks on my walls from moving some furniture around. Maintenance ended up giving me a small container of paint for free. I’ve had friends and family visit me over the course of 6 months and everyone used the word “sleek” to describe the property and I 100% agree. It feels great calling Ox-op home! —————————————————————————— Future tenant here and I can’t wait to officially call Ox-Op home. Out of all the apartments in the area that I viewed, Ox-Op’s viewing was thoughtfully timed. It did not feel rushed. Vincent took me on an almost hour long tour, starting from the property’s entrance and lobby to the units and amenities. He took the time to discuss each stop of the tour which I greatly appreciate. Part of the tour was Vincent showing and explaining all the safety features and security measures the property has which none of the other property managers of other apartments I toured with did. The property looks, feels and smells new! The amenities are top notch! At the end of the day, it was a no brainer decision for me to choose Ox-Op. There were a few issues with the application system which wasn’t a deal breaker as Vincent stayed on top of it and was able to resolve immediately. Thank you very much Vincent and the Ox-Op team! I am so excited to move in!"

"It has ups and downs. First thing to know, they will not let you out of your lease. If you sign a 12 months lease, they will not let you get out of that lease even if you find someone who is willing to take over your lease. It is super expensive for Minnesota standards and I feel like they do not have much to offer. The rooftop is unavailable most of the time due to heavy snow. When you strike that out, it leaves a couple of rooms and a pool table as an amenity. You can have a similar apartment for the same price in San Francisco Bay Area. Residents are pretty good and it is a nice place overall. But I still think it is unreasonably expensive for what is being offered."

"I’m leaving a 5 star review specifically for the maintenance guys, Norbert and Edwin. A LOT of things in my apartment had issues that I had to call them for and they always did a phenomenal job. They were extremely friendly and personable people - it was never awkward when they were there fixing my things. I love them so much and I’m sad that they cannot come with me. Other than that, the move-in process itself (last summer) was pretty janky. I worked with Reshal, who is no longer working there, and he was pretty awful to deal with. He spoke to me like how you would expect a stereotypical car salesman to speak to you. He told me he would waive all the random fees that I supposedly needed to pay (a week before moving in) if I left him a 5 star Google review - which I did. I didn’t really have too many other issues while living here other than some of my things breaking and my door lock randomly not working (I do not know how long it had not been locking before I found out)."

"I had a tour here last week and was very impressed with everything! The leasing agent, Vincent was top of the line. There were more than a few units that could have been a good fit and he helped go through the aspects of each of them. The community spaces and amenities were in great condition with a wide variety of amenities. From Vincent's responsiveness, I think this apartment complex would have great care for tenants and upkeep on units and community space. Overall great experience, it just doesn't quite fit within the budget I was hoping for"

"I moved here sight-unseen from NC. I didn't know the downtown area, but I needed a place that was comfortable with amenities since I work from home and that would allow my Pitbull some space to make Minnesota home as well. Management has been great to work with. The building is well -maintained and having the various common areas to escape to has been a godsend. It's nice when clients will ask "oh where are you" and my response is, "just another space in the building"! The people in the building are so kind. Sage, my dog, and I have gotten to know people from passing by in the lobby, to watching the lunar eclipse from the roof! I highly recommend giving OX-OP a look if you are planning to move to the Mill District!"
