"Latishia the property manager run this building like it’s a gated community . Coming from a high end community and moving to this neighborhood a year ago it felt like a similar feeling . I feel very safe , always quiet , and neighbors are very friendly . If you go a block East or west you will clearly see the negligence of other property managers . They obviously need to get some training from Latishia and ever green management."

It was a very good decision for me I later found. Management does not dink around about the property and I'm pleased how she came in & took charge. If ones have negative to say, they were posdibly evicted."
