"Do not rent from these people. I used to be an employee and they terminated me because I refused to follow tenants around and take pictures of them to set them up for eviction. I was fine with being termed because they were extremely unethical. I offered to pay rent and they refused to accept it. I was taken to court and an eviction was placed on my record. Me and my children were homeless and had a hard time finding a place to stay due to that being on my record. This was headed by Jen and Chantel who both thought it was funny to play around with the secure housing of many. These people are heartless and caused EXTREME emotional damage to me and my family."

"In December of 2022 I noticed they had few three bed rooms units available that I was interested in, so I filled out the application and even called the rental office several times leaving voice messages but no one get back to me. Can someone tell me what is going on?"

"I loved it but they raised the rent and did no upgrades like they did to the other homes the people there are nice sometime people did not throw there garbage away so it will be sitting on the ground until the landlord pick it up but it is a really nice place to live"

"Me and my husband filled out an application on February 3rd paid our application fee and everything here it is February 23 no one hasn’t gotten back to us about the application we don’t know if we got approved or denied So we just moved on to another search they took our money and never responded the lady in the office is TERRIBLE with returning calls I called one time she text and said she would call me in a hour NEVER happen don’t waste your time calling because you will not call you back I left about 4 Messages NEVER received a call back"

"Been living here since August of 2017. Its fairly decent and fairly spacious. There is no credit checks here which was extremely helpful after my prior landlord put faslified remarks on my rental history. The property is run very well. I have been very satisfied thus far."
