"This place is disgusting literally infested with mice and once you get them you won’t be able to get rid of them it doesn’t matter how clean you keep your house management does nothing to help the issue they don’t even have an exterminator they just send the maintenance man to put sticky traps out. Do not give them any money for party rooms etc they cash the checks before you even use the room and tell you they can only give you a credit on your rent if you decide not to use it because it’s “ easier for them “. They put on a good show when you first move in though."

"My permanent home is in Los Angeles and make reviews as hidden figure and account for the people of Southern California for apartments that I have lived in Georgia, California (SoCal and NorCal), and now in Minnesota. Due to changed conditions, I am moving to Chicago for another program. I have lived here for the past six months. So far I have good rating. But as I prepare to move out next month, I am determined to make an update with thorough evaluation after I leave for Chicago with the management and also the apartment's services. But so far the management has been great!"

"I had a brand new apt all new appliances flooring and everything. Apt was nice but they did not redo them all. I had a huge mice problem coming from the neighbors. I caught a dozen in traps at least and there were tons more. I had to move disgusting. Known to be lots of drugs here before they took it over, City made them build a fence around it, still has some of the issues in my opinion."

"It is not a very nice area (the city) but the apartment themselves are nice, mine was newly remodeled with granite, hardwood and stainless steal appliances. A few things broke throughout my year and a half with Gateway and they were very quick to get them fixed. All in all, it was a good experience. Ruth and Mindy are GREAT to communicate with and have great availability when you need them!"
