Xerxes Apartments

"I lived here for a year and a half. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from. There's ant infestations in the bathroom, every water appliance flooded at some point and they said they would do a water extraction, never did. Every maintenance request I opened was closed with minimal communication, promises to be there on certain days and wouldn't show, or the request would just be ignored. They put an eviction notice on my door for a different unit. I was held up at my car in the parking lot at 2am by another resident and nothing happened. Now they won't answer their phones, emails or even their office door. I highly doubt I'm getting my deposit back, they haven't communicated about it at all. Absolutely avoid renting from here. Price is so not worth it."

"I love this apartment complex! They are in the cut (not visibly seen) and it’s very quiet. The care taker Sherron is phenomenal! She takes care of ANY issue in a timely manner and cares about the tenants concerns as if they were her own! I’ve been at Xerxes apartment for a year now and have no intentions on moving until the opportunity of buying a house arises! 10/10 recommended!"

"These apartments are OK! Very old and need a lot of updates especially since now charging the same price as apartments with amenities… these have none. Fist come first serve parking, not everyone gets a garage which I think is ridiculous. Security door is always broke, random people hanging out in driveway which is not lit up very scary at times. I can go on and on. The neighbors are nice and look out for one another, one of the pros of small complex living. I’m only giving three starts because Sheron, who works in the office, she makes sure things get done. I call her and tell her the situation and she is on it. She is holding it together. Sheron is the go to, if you are having any issues or trouble call her!"
