"The rooms smell and I seen a bed bug and the lady sherry the supervisor don’t know how to talk to anyone and I really think she is racist I even seen her lie on her co- worker and got her fiered the places just nasty."

"we were given a room with chips and crumbs all over the beds and floor, lighting was awful it was extremely dark all the light were yellow, they did give us a new room but it also was infested with mold. they did end up giving us a good room but after all the struggle and complications, our cards stopped working after the second use, we didn’t break the magnet with phones it just stopped working."

"Customer Service was on point, especially with having minimum resources they did well for what they had. The room was well below standard with a multitude of issues mold a leaking shower and tub and gnats are a few. This makes me want to never try any Baymont ever again and truly question Wyndham’s quality"

"Reserved a room for 3 nights on the Wyndham rewards site. When I get there I find out that they are remodeling the place which is a good thing. But the breakfast bar is shut down and the pool is shut down. I wasn't made aware of this before hand. I like to stay at places with a pool and hot tub and a hot breakfast."
