"I have been living at Ryan Creek for a year now. The property management are lazy and only care about renting out units and getting their rent money from their residents. I’ve had maintenance men come and try to fix my clogged bathtub and he damaged my whole entire bathroom set which cost me 45 dollars. Another one came a week or 2 after because the bathtub still wouldn’t drain and he cut a big hole in my bedroom closet to fix the bathtub drain and no one ever came to repair it. I have put up with my bathtub flooding multiple time and no one answered the phone in the office after I called emergency Maintence. After they fix the bathtub, which drained for only 2 days, I still tried using Draino or something in the bathroom, trying to figure out why the tub wouldn’t drain STILL (since I moved in, the drain was messed up) and then the towel holder plus the tiles on the wall fell off and almost injuring my baby brother when he came to visit me. My case worker and I have tried to contact the office multiple times and the only time they answer their phones is if there is money involved. I haven’t given them any rent due to the apartment being unfit and unsafe. I have given them written notice 22 days ago about these problems. If they did read it or didn’t, it’s not my problem. They’re trying to evict me but I’m taking legal action and bringing this to the courts. This is ridiculous. AVOID LIVING AT RYAN CREEK MANOR AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT! "The management doesn’t care about he maintaining the place at all! Maintenance is completely unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here!"

"Thank you for the how you can help I have moved and I paid full rent with no ceiling I did ge my deposit back but no understanding about the ceiling falling in. I had to move with nothing above be and I asked for more time as that couldn't have and when the city came in as the door didint work to lock anyone out. I was as it was the city that walked in I walked in behind I never had the front door broken and if I didnt have to pay full rent in aplace I could only us the livingroom for two months as no ceiling no use of half the place and had to leave before the end of my end dallas wasn't mean but I asked for more time as the ceiling fell in and I did nothing wrong. If you help understand I didnt make it fall but paid in full and my deposit isn't anything. But thanks my kids and I live in the place after it fell on us."

"As a former employee and tenant of Ryan Creek I strongly recommend looking some place else. Management and maintenance do not follow any laws the state attorney general's office knows them well. The police I have talked to say this complex has a bad reputation. Managment and maintenance will steal your stuff and they will lie to you about everything. If you have to move in get a security system and have cameras recording 24/7 don't trust anything they say if you have respiratory issues you will want to get a respirator from 3m that will block the constant drug use."
