"Since I moved 3 years ago they have fixed up the place and repainted the hallways ext and gotten better security for the theft problems including lockers for packages. I left a bad review about sketchy behavior including laundry getting stolen all the time and that’s seemed to have been changed as well. It’s a beautiful historic building that’s what lead me to it ultimately I like living here."

"The studio we moved into is very spacious and has worked good for two people and our cat. The office has always responded to our needs for maintenance or to other questions within 24 hrs. Staff has always been nice."

"Studio apartments are perfect for living by yourself and they’re also very reasonably priced. It’s also located near everything you may need and is right near the heart of downtown Minneapolis. Would definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for somewhere to move to in Minneapolis!"

"The studio apartment I rent is very large for a studio and have all wood floors . There is a separate kitchen eating space and a breakfast bar space. The bathroom is nice sized with both shower and tub. The windows are large and there is modern track lighting features in the main area. There is a back patio that can be used for entrance and exit. The building itself is not modern but updates and improvements are currently being made. The rent is very reasonable."

"Love my new home! The management was very helpful and the whole process was a piece of cake. They keep the building very clean and the communication is on point. I love how unique and spacious my apartment is, I can see me and my fiance staying for a while. I'm very pleased thus far"
