"I have lived here now for just 6 months. I love this building. The neighborhood is fantastic with all of the shops and restaurants. We are very close to the library, bus stop and lake Harriet. The residents and management are wonderful. I would like to give a special shout out to Justin, the leasing manager who helped me get my apartment, Andrew the property manager who is always responsive and Levon and Dylan the maintenance men who can fix just about anything. Everyone is nice and friendly and they all take time for friendly chats. Thank you for making Linden 43 a unique and great place to live!!!"

Local restaurants and shops. Lake Harriet and neighborhood walks. The building is safe. The owners and management team are highly responsive. This is a great building!!"

"I have had the pleasure of living at Linden 43 since Dec 2020. My one bedroom apartment is perfect for me. The apartment building is very secure and that is very important to me. The underground heated garage was a blessing in the winter months! The apartment is energy efficient and my utilities are very low. The common areas are kept very clean. My apartment feels literally soundproof. I don’t hear sounds from the other residents or street noise. Issues (which have been very minor!) are attended to promptly by Blake or Jake. The neighborhood is delightful with so many wonderful restaurants. Settergren’s Hardware has been handy just across the street on more than one occasion. The greatest joy of living here is being just a few blocks from Lake Harriett. I love walking there almost daily!"
