"Luxury more like torture. I can hear the people above me stomp all day and when I say it feels and sound like earthquake I am not exaggerating. They are also very inconsiderate given that management has contacted them twice. The building was built cheaply, you can not only hear the steps above you, the TVs and noises from the side neighbors can be heard. With paying almost $2000, you would think noises would not be to this extent. But it gets exhausting when you hear super loud thuds all day and your furniture is shaking. Also when I first moved in, they assigned someone else’s parking spot to me, i recently had a package stolen from their package storage room as well. When they did the annual HVAC checking, the people left the door unlocked and visibly open. There are also no lights in the living or the bedroom (another cost cutting). Overall, I feel that they don’t care about people’s wellbeing more just to take your money. I emphasized when I toured this place twice how transferring the noises were and tiny noises transfer throughout this building very easily. Both this was not mentioned and now they claim this is a normal apartment noise - but what normal apartment noises makes lose sleep and sound/feel like earthquake is happening. I think not. Please look elsewhere, there are so many places elsewhere that do not have these issues and for better price. Living in this building has affected my wellbeing and it has been the most stressful thing this past year and now 2024"

"I have lived on this property for two years. The location is very convenient: close to L&B and Whole Foods, within walking distance to Centennial Park and Galleria, and many trails. Shon Brown (Property manager) and his team did a great job of sustaining the property well, such as hosting events, prompt response, maintaining the property, and, the best thing, kindness. They may experience similar situations every day, but they were always smiling and willing to address our concerns with prompt updates. I highly recommend this property if you find an apartment in Edina."

"As a 3 year resident DO NOT MOVE here. The management team in the office led by Shon is harassing, intimidating, and unfair. They lack communication, respect, and decency. I no longer felt safe living here due to the mistreatment from the office. After dealing with numerous events of unwarranted intimidation I'm looking forward to leaving this property. I'm not the type to leave negative reviews but I want to protect others from going through the harassment and mistreatment by this management team. Now after moving out I received a letter stating I owe over 1,000 dollars for move out charges. I lived in the apartment for close to 3 years and I have pictures to show that I kept it in perfect condition. Once Shon took over managing the office he has targeted me any way possible (Im not sure why this is or if he has an issue with women) Before he managed the office I had a great experience. I was hoping to put this nightmare to rest but now I will have to deal with these unjust charges."

"Best apartment i have ever lived in! The experience was awesome. I worked with Julie and Ashley, and both were great and helped me with the move in as well as move out process. I had to move because i left Mn or i would never leave! Great amenities! Walking/biking trail literally out the back door! All shops and groceries are in walking distance! Great place to call home."
