"Top tier building with top tier management. I've lived at a lot of buildings and after living in Aria for a year I dont think I could be anywhere else. First thinks first, Doran builds quality apartments. Everything feels strong and built well. The doors and cabinets have weight to them and the appliances are nicer than most apartments. The styling is modern yet traditional and you can truly make the space what you want it to be. Second the staff, This building is always so clean and the staff is so friendly. Also, the staff has had little to no turnover since I've been here which is impressive. Renting through Alexus and Patrick was so easy they are always happy and willing to work with you to find the perfect unit for your lifestyle. Lastly location, Living here you feel SO close to everything and although it isn't the most walkable area its super easy to drive anywhere. On top of this, it feels extremely safe around this area and you're only 10 minutes out of the city. 10/10 would recommend Aria!"

"After living at Aria for over two years, I would not recommend it. The concierge, Sam is the most condescending and rude employee. She will make it impossible for your guests to be allowed access into your apartment. I have had to call the front desk several times while I was out of town because Sam claimed that the proper paperwork was not filled out thus preventing someone from being able to feed my cat. Once I called her, she “magically” found the paperwork. I have overheard her gossiping with residents about other residents. She will question who you are and why you’re in the building even if you’ve been a resident for years. Overall, she is extremely unprofessional and brash. However, Georgia is amazing! The management is equally awful. When I came home after being out of town, I found that my couch was thrown on the ground and left there. My plant was crushed and there was dirt all over the floor. See photos. When I confronted management, they stated that it was my fault for not moving the furniture out of the way for a filter change. I’m not sure how I could have when I was out of town. Whenever I had an issue, they claimed to have not received my emails. If you park in the garage, liquid concrete drips on the hood of your car and ruins it. Management stated that it would wash off in a car wash which was untrue. The list goes on and on. The maintenance staff is also rude and does not fix things in a timely fashion. I was yelled at for using laundry pods in my washing machine and told that I was not allowed to hang certain things on the walls. I had a broken smoke alarm that wasn’t addressed for over a month. I seriously considered calling the fire marshal. Most of the residents are extremely nosey and cliquey. I had nothing but issues with my neighbor. Good luck if you live in unit 403. Finally, Aria claims to be a luxury building but it was poorly built and the finishes are very cheap. Considering that there are several other apartment buildings within a few miles of here, I would look elsewhere."

"Just a wonderful experience living there. I have since moved out of state, but everything is first rate. The building is kept clean and the terrific work out room is cleaned and sanitized daily. Security is taken very seriously at Aria, which is very important in today’s environment. The residents are very friendly and there is sufficient activities to join in and get to know others if you so wish. Lastly, and probably most importantly, the staff there is top notch. They are friendly, efficient and respond to any needs/issues you may have. They really care about the property and your living environment. I would highly recommend renting there. You won’t be disappointed."

"Having lived at Aria for a year and a half, I can definitely say that I was blown away from Day 1 from the standpoint of professionalism, courtesy, and punctuality displayed by all staff at Aria. My son and I enjoyed our time living there. The apartments are very well appointed, the amenity spaces are very inviting, and it’s a wonderful place to live for all families and make many new friends. If you’re looking for a unique and inviting apartment living experience, Aria will definitely exceed your expectations."
