"I was one of the first tenants at The Fred last June and have been so happy here! My apartment has plenty of storage, particularly in the kitchen and the floor to ceiling windows are awesome providing beautiful views into the park. The amenities are beautiful and the community is really friendly (I also love the pet community members!). Best of all is the office staff, particularly Israel, Mackenzie and Macie (I am sure I am leaving someone out - sorry) they make the place run smoothly and are just wonderful people!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed living at The Fred for several different reasons! First, the amenity spaces in the buildings were so fun to share with friends and family - using the golf simulator, the large sauna, pool and hot tub, and having access to the Fred Richards park through the courtyard were some of my favorites. The fitness center is one of the largest and most useful of any apartment I’ve lived in. Second, the staff onsite were helpful, responsive, and always warm. Kyle, Jeanne, Israel, and Macie are always walking the building to make sure it is clean and secure. The maintenance team of Ben, Blue, and Jacob were quick to fix any maintenance problem and mounting our TV. Third, the access to the freeways like 494 or Hw100, and being close to Trader Joe’s and everything on France Ave. I would highly recommend The Fred to anyone looking for high end amenities with access to the outdoors, all managed neatly and kindly by a wonderful staff."

"I toured The Fred a few days ago. It is an absolutely gorgeous facility! The amenities were amazing and well as the finishes in the individual units. Most importantly, I need to recognize Kyle Moeller as being awesome to work with. This is saying a lot because I toured several apartments and had a really good experience with all of them but Kyle went above and beyond. He was very timely and accommodating in answering my questions and arranging our tour. Kyle really stands out as positive and professional and helpful. Thank you Kyle!!!"

"Update as of 10/13/23: I am still in love with this place. The layout is amazing. The reason for the update is the GYM. This is not even completely done yet but I am in love. For someone who was going to the lifetime in Edina. The Fred did it. I have been living at The Fred for a week now and it has been amazing. But, first I would like to give a shout out to Jeanne L. Thank you for your outstanding tour and helping me choose a layout that fits my style. I love my apartment layout so much. So much storage space. You were helpful and detailed regarding my price range. Jestin has been amazing and outstanding throughout my journey moving to the Fred. I was in contact with him once my application was approved. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and overall just an awesome person. Thank you for making my transition to the Fred seamless. In conclusion, living in my current apartment has been a truly wonderful experience so far. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The amenities are still under construction but I know it going to be worthwhile once it’s done. I will highly recommend the Fred."
