"I lived in Parklawn Estates for two years and it was the most wonderful and memorable stay ever. It is super close to everything and still away from the city rush and traffic. Management is super nice and helpful. There is a wonderful garden behind the building for kids to play. We made so many memories during our stay there. Once again a big thumbs up to Kim, Star and John :)"

"Kim is a gem! I am so glad we were able to live at Parklawn Estates, not only was Parklawn super close to everything you'd need, the staff was wonderful, I miss being able to pop in the office and say hello and be greeted so warmly every time! I also appreciated how well it was all maintained, and if you had any issues or even suggestions Kim would make sure it happened! My only things I would change about Parklawn is the size of the bathroom in the unit, putting in overhead ceiling fans or lights in all major rooms, putting more storage into the kitchens, in unit washer dryers, and getting rid of the crank out windows/vertical blinds as those weren't easy to manage and still have privacy....otherwise it was wonderful! If I ever move back to Minneapolis, and Kim is still managing Parklawn it will be the first place I check for a place to live!"
