"If you want to let the kids run all the energy out floor to ceiling slides I'm talking 30 ft high possibly mini basketball court bouncy house. It definitely not expensive parents are free... Didn't stay at the hotel but went for the indoor park"

"Blood and dust on the carpet, holes in the door, black hairs all over the bed and by the sink, smoke smell in the room, tears in the carpet, missing transition strips, and a lot more. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We called the front desk about the smoke and nothing was done."

"By far worst experience at a Marriott property. When I arrived, I walked to the front counter to check in and noticed the gentleman sitting in the lobby on his cell phone. He made his way behind the counter but appeared annoyed and never greeted me. He stayed on his cell phone as he checked me in. He mentioned the hours for breakfast in a robotic fashion never looking at me. Later that evening after returning from a meeting, I wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. I called the front desk and the lady mentioned this is a problem and maintenance would reset and I should have hot water in 15/20 minutes. An hour later, still no hot water. The next day I was out early with a packed schedule. Returned that evening, no hot water. I was up the next morning by 3:30 AM to catch an early flight and still no hot water. I notified the front desk again when checking out and asked for the General Manager’s name and email. Later that day I emailed the GM - I received a reply a few hours later addressing someone else (not my name). It was a standard apologetic response but obviously rushed from the error in name. To be fair, I was offered 5000 points but 2 days without hot water is unacceptable for a Marriott and 5000 points does not make up for the inconvenience. I responded back to the GM and never received a response back. As others have noted, the place is dirty, rundown and lacks customer service. Disappointed in Marriott for allowing this property to continue without oversight and some serious corrections."

"Decent hotel with great breakfast and nice shuttle service! However, my room was not properly cleaned for the six nights I stayed there. The staff was sloppy with the bathroom cleaning, the kitchen fan spewed out dust when turned on, the pillows were stained, they left random brochures in my room, and they left the alarm clock on so that I woke up frightened and confused at midnight after my long overseas flight. The building and the appliances, shower etc are also a bit old, so that along with the not perfect room cleaning will probably have me look for another hotel in the area next time"

"Excellent hotel. The staff was top notch there. Front desk was so friendly. Breakfast staff worked very hard all morning to maintain a clean and fresh buffet. The maids kept the hotel very clean. Highly recommend"
