"If you rent here expect to experience constant noise from units above and below, making daily life unbearable. Normal living activities like walking are amplified through hollow floors. Management is aware of the construction flaw/omission of soundproofing, yet does not disclose it to new residents. Other issues include slow maintenance response (2 months of holiday/winter no working fireplace, etc.), and lack of concierge with packages and delivery often being left in the street as there is nowhere to park. Guest parking is limited and awkward (3 spaces on a steep hill). This is a problem but minor in comparison to the soundproofing - which makes the units unlivable. Until now the building was not sufficiently occupied to experience neighbors above and below. Expect additional complaints to come as occupancy increases."
