"I'm a subcontractor who doesn't get paid on a consistent schedule and it's nice they're understanding when we have to gap out our payments. Rent seems expensive for what you get, but so is everywhere these days. That being said there's a lot a small things that could've been done renovation wise that was skipped on. Maybe the company they hired was cheap, either way my biggest issue is MICE! And bugs. And a thermostat that's not actually in control of anything for some reason."

"No one seems like they are ever in the office because my emails frequently go unanswered. Everyone who lives here is at least paying 1400 or more a month. The 2nd building never has carts in the basement and the recycling in the garage is a mess. Please get it cleaned up or lower the rent."

"I've only been living here a couple months and it's not what you think it is. First things first, the lights in my bedroom do not work at all. The majority of the outlets in this apartment can't even hold a plug properly. There's always mold growing in the bathtub even when I continuously clean it. Also there are too many emergency water shut offs. The last emergency shut off turned off our cold water in the kitchen sink and still hasn't returned. There are also a lot of hidden fees. You're paying a lot for nothing here."

"Materials used on this building is cheap, we rented a newly renovated two bedrooms and anything you touch falls on your hands. Every week we have call for maintenance. And the guy in the office is rude. There is always leaking, and problems with Laundry. I have never rented a place like this before. Worst apartment to rent if you want peace of mind. There is no safety at all in this place. Poor management, rude people who never picked up a phone call."

"I moved in last fall, and I have never been more satisfied with a management office. They are all very kind and friendly, and they are excellent at communicating! Maintenance staff is great too, and not only do they keep public spaces clean, they routinely pick up any trash that has blown around the property. The office is quick to address concerns and resolve them appropriately. In comparison to other apartments I have lived at, Tylia takes the cake!"
