Risor of Maple Grove

"So far, we have had no big issues since moving in. We had an issue with the smoke detectors in our unit that was addressed and fixed immediately. The work order we submitted was addressed the next day and completed under 1 hour! The service here has been great!"

"We absolutely loved touring the Risor of Maple Grove. It's as beautiful outside as it was inside. Everything was very clean and very well taken care of. The other thing we absolutely loved was Daniel! They could not have picked a better person to show the apartments to future residents than Daniel. He went above and beyond, not to mention how friendly and knowledgeable he was. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was. Daniel deserves a big time raise!!!"

"We are so disappointed. We were hopeful this would be great community living for my Dad, our kids Pop Pop. Tonight while visiting for one of his wonderful home cooked meals, showing off his new place he is so proud of, our cars were towed. We were there for dinner. His three grandkids were in tears and distraught. Ridiculous a place like this is making a profit off cars parked for 2.5 hours in their front parking lot. They expect visitors (many older folks) to park along a side street with no sidewalks, giving Frankys Towing business. We called to pick up our minivan and we’re told we could not get it until tomorrow and pay $340. Risor this is a cheap way to make money! Thanks for ruining our night and memories for our family."

"The apartments are very nice, with lots of kitchen cabinets, an island, and stainless steel appliances. We enjoy using the pool table, hot tub, pickle ball court and spacious patio with gas grills."
