I was in town for my sister’s funeral last winter and the entire staff offered their condolences and made me feel at home during my stay. "During my recent travels to Minnesota this place has felt like a second home to me. Service upfront is top-notch and the housekeeping services here are some of the best I have had since I'm constantly on the road and away from home. The rooms are quiet here so after a long day of work you can unwind and relax. This place is definitely win for travelers either short-term or long term stays."

"Room was dirty. Hair in tub, hair in bed. However, that's not why I'm giving one star. I'm giving one star because at midnight, I got up to go to the bathroom (I was in room 218) and I turned the light on to find a nice big cockroach crawling around on the door. Called down to the front desk, she moved me across the building. So at MIDNIGHT, I had to pack up my 2 big dogs, our stuff and my boyfriend and his stuff and go up a floor to the other end of the building. I was told the manager would be reaching out on Monday, it is now 9:35pm Tuesday night and I have yet to hear from him. I have now called corporate as the staff working clearly do not care. Which is fine. But I do not recommend staying here. Even just for one night."

"Worst place I've stayed in the USA. We travel for work and we checked in to a room that had a huge bees nest outside on the wall causing them to come inside the room being allergic I complained. Also room was infested with flees so then had to take my dog to the vet for treatment. Moved rooms that room was great for a week until the hot water stopped working. We just asked for Maintenance just to fix finally 3 days later Thanksgiving day they told us to move rooms luckily across the hall. We have a lot of stuff to move. Third room wasn't bad but between the cops constantly being there fighting yelling screaming even the front desk manager got hit by a guest that was still allowed to stay there. Dog fights because no one would put there dogs on leashes and no one cleaned up after there dogs either so constantly stepping in messes. Also the outside side door didn't work the entire length of our stay. People would just place a rock in the door so they didn't have to walk around. Front desk was never there. I would wait 30 mins++++ just to grab my work packages that got delivered. Housekeeping is a complete joke. Moved to the 3rd room they stated it was cleaned and it definitely was not my white socks were no longer white so I cleaned it myself. They had no cart had to lug everything all 3 times. Again worst place I've ever stayed and will never stay again. To have my dog there for a month it is almost 500.00 which is an absurd amount just to have a pet that I actually clean up after and take care of he's a little dog. No other hotel charges that amount for a pet hilton is only 50 1 time charge until you leave. And remind you they still charge you the 100 deposit when you check in. How am I charged this amount to check in to this horrible hotel and it's completely disgusting. Drug deals and drug use inside and out of the hotel constantly. Drug use smell all the way down hallways even with young children around. If I could zero star this place I would don't ever go here especially with your children or pets. Worst experience ever"

"Thank goodness for Tameka and Shae. Have not seen the manager once my room has been addressed one time in 14 days. Unless one of the gals are working most likely no one at the front desk or even in the building, if they are you cannot find them. Took 3 tries to get me in a clean room. To ask 2 young ladies to work non stop is ridiculous since the manager cannot even show up. The sign on the mirror states 10-point room cleaning process with number 10 being manager inspection. This is completely unacceptable for not only the employees but the guest as well. We all know times are tough when it comes to hiring. But to have guest doing the work the manager should be doing if they do not have staff is uncalled for. We (myself and other guest) have waited over 30 minutes to get someone to the desk one morning no one was there and then a very tall bald guy was on the phone with someone stating no one was working. Guess it did not make a difference as it has happened regularly. If the manager can’t help and or hire staff then maybe you might want to consider a new one or closing this location down since no one seems to want to work here. Vending machines rarely work washer / dryers hit and miss."
