"The waterpark is only open Fri-Sun. This is important if you have kids! 5 wrist bands came with the room. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a family of 4. There is a small Cafe for breakfast. It's 13.00 per person. Noise control was surprisingly great! We were on the 2nd floor and had a kids birthday party beside us and couldn't hear the kids in our room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Close to everything! Seriously could walk to get food (Freddy's) and there is a Dave and Busters beside the hotel. I would totally recommend!"

"Only reason for booking this Hotel was for the waterpark. However the waterpark is only open Friday 4pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 9am- noon. Doesn't say anywhere on the website of the hours before the booking. Was only told of this by automated text message the day before arriving. Was too late to change. Would be nice hotel to say at on weekends but since we stayed during the weekday it was a waste. Breakfast isn't included so had I know the waterpark would not be open we would have stayed elsewhere with free breakfast. The rooms were clean."

"Wonderful employees. Checking in went smooth and breakfast crew were super kind and helpful. Was very busy upon check in but line moved fast. Lots of food options and plenty places to shop in area. Only downside is pool has special hours which we didn't know upon reserving room. Had to switch days last minute thankfully before they got booked up. Pool is only open on weekends and not Sundays after 12p. Much higher price while charging card than previously said on website. Was an additional $100 than previously shown on their website when they swiped my card. Definitely check the fine print and expect to pay over $300. Does include breakfast though and rooms were spotless."

"Rooms have a little bit of a weird layout with the bunkbeds but I’m sure that’s perfect for families. The GM is an awesome person. Made us dinner reservations at a restaurant that didn’t even accept reservations and gave us excellent recommendations. All of the staff stayed on top of making sure we had the best stay possible."

"The guy manning the door to the water park tonight and after getting me a water bottle via "lottery win" showed me extreme kindness and just an all around friendliness. I'm not my best and don't want to "people", but that didn't stop his kindness. I hope the hotel is recognizing him for how he treats customers. Thank you for bringing brightness to my day even though I didn't return it. It didn't go unnoticed."
