"This KOA was amazing! The hosts and Gary truly care about their guests. They were helpful, professional, friendly and courteous. The entire property was well maintained and immaculate, including the showers. Hard to believe it's right in the city. We couldn't have been happier. We'll be back for sure."
"We stopped at here for the night after traveling about 15 hours from Ohio. It was our first RV and campground experience and everything was really nice! The people were very friendly and showed us our spot for the night. The campground was quiet and clean, with full hookups. It was a little ways off the highway but not too far. The perfect place to stop for the night. I would highly recommend!"
"At our last KOA stop before this one, my wife and I were talking about how great it is that when you choose a KOA you're pretty much guaranteed to get a quality campground at a reasonable price. The camping gods must have heard us and decided to toy with us for fun. The sites at this KOA were pretty tightly packed, and most didn't have sewer hookups. The wifi was essentially useless, and the roads were muddy and in need of new gravel. The mini golf course was very aged and in need of some love, as was the pool with its crumbling concrete deck and cloudy water. The bath houses were clean and usable, but the shower stalls were smaller than the one in my RV. The most admirable quality here was the proximity to Minneapolis, and as such, we spent most of our stay touring that city. I highly recommend the free MIA Art Museum. Although I've been in worse campgrounds, none of them was a KOA. What I mean is, the place wasn't horrendous, but it was fair to middling and, therefore, well below what I've come to expect from the brand."
"Stayed June 1-June 2, 2023 in our Class A 40ft (towing pickup for a total of 60 ft) on a 50amp electric/water site. Dumping station was easy to access when leaving. There are full service but we didn't feel it was necessary for one night. Very friendly staff and always nice to have someone escort you to your site on the best route when you've got a large rig. We detached but found we hadn't needed to. Pool was chilly but felt great during the heat wave (31C). Site was grassy and decent space between neighbours, although they were set up so each unit alternated which way they faced so you didn't have privacy from your neighbour. All around a good stay for the night."
"We were very happy with our stay at the KOA. It’s evident the owners take pride in their campground. The park is clean with many amenities to keep children busy. There’s not a ton of privacy but some more secluded campsites near the rear of the park. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are hot!! What more could you ask for?"
