"WARNING: This hotel requires cash depost. I got a bad feeling from the meth-head front desk staff that he would probably steal the cash and refuse to give it back so I left the hotel. They did not refund my reservation. Probably for the better since they would have probably stolen the $100 cash. Avoid at all costs"

"Booked through Priceline which did not include $100 cash deposit fee for staying at hotel. Booked king suite non-smoking for 2 nights and wouldn't have received refund for stay so tried one night. Room had been smoked in....had to use my inhaler twice and could smell it through my cpap machine. Got under the blankets and was bit by bed bugs. Tried sleeping on top of covers, bugs got me. Finally left at 4:30 am because I couldn't take it. Got $100 back after room was inspected. Asked for refund and couldn't get it because the night person wasn't authorized. Called day manager and was told couldn't get refund bc other day manager was not there. Called 4 days later and was told wouldn't get refund bc pest control people said there were no bed bugs....unfortunately my legs indicated something different. Hotel was old, unclean, no kleenex in boxes, no cups in suite, 1 towel for stay, overall smoke smell everywhere. Wouldn't stay here if it was last place on earth and would rather sleep in my car, in the middle of a blizzard and use a soda can for facilities."

"Arrived and was told that they required a $100 cash deposit upon check-in — this was never stated during any booking process and we were never contacted beforehand to be told this. We could barely afford the hotel as is and nearly had to just leave without our room because of this. Front desk attendant seemed like she had seen this before — absolute terrible management to put enforcement on their staff and extra stress on their patrons."

"My Granddaughter called and woke me up at 5:00 am on 10/06/2023 crying while in the hallway half naked. She pulled back 1 of 5 or 6 sheets and a plastic mattress cover and the Entire bed was covered with bed bugs. If you value your cleanliness and your body do not. I repeat, do not stay at this hotel. They need to be REPORTED TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. This is beyond disgusting. They know they have BED BUGS, that's why they have so many sheets on the bed."

"This place is horrible! The staff was rude and don't care. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting, the jets haven't been cleaned and there was a nasty film. The shower had blue hair all over and you could tell it wasn't cleaned. The sheets hadn't been changed. I'm pretty sure there are people waiting in a vehicle in the parking that are going to try to break into the other vehicles. Run away from this place!!!!!"
