"I purchased a Dabbert house in December that was just over a year old. The previous owner lived in the house for only five months and was not present for the 1 year walk through. The outside doors are not aligned and properly weather stripped, and are leaking terribly. I reached out to Dabbert to see if they would address the issues and they refused. While I feel like the house is fundamentally well designed and built, and I recognize that I am the second owner and out of warranty, I find it very disappointing they will not help correct the issue. It seems like a small goodwill gesture that would cost them very little."
