"I got a jacuzzi room suite. Went and had dinner, came back and was going to take a dip and I ran my fingers along the edge and there was dead skin cells and other dry residue along the sides. Absolutely disgusting. Went talk to the front desk lady and she brought cleaning spray and came and took some kind of picture of the tub but didn’t even bother cleaning the tub. I still got charged full price for that nasty room and wasn’t offered an alternate room."

"We try to stay here every time we go through Fargo. Great hot continental breakfast, nice clean pool, clean spacious rooms, and friendly staff- especially Alyssa! She was so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in the process of remodeling - looks nice!"

"This was one of the worst stay I have ever had. We booked because it was supposedly family friendly and we were looking forward to using the swimming pool. Only after we were checked in did we find out the pool was closed. The free breakfast was also an incentive but it was next to inedible. The only good point was the room was roomy but tv so small you could not see it will laying on the bed.All in all very disappointed and will not be staying with this group again. They could at least have offered some sort of deal since most of the facility was below par"

"Very disappointed. This hotel is ranked outstanding and exceptional for hotels, which is why I choose it for my family. We get to our room and there is so many things wrong. The heat-AC register is barely hanging on and anytime we would adjust it, the top container and grill would just fall right off. Bathroom sink did not drain. Shower was dirty and we only were provided enough towels for two people. I do not understand why this hotel is ranked so high? Maybe the pool and water slide? Walls are also paper thin, we heard the family next door snoring like freight trains. I do not recommend at all. Breakfast was delicious and had multiple options. Staff were very friendly but unaware of how rough of shape these hotel rooms are."

"I'm really not sure why this hotel is ranked so high and costs so much it is in desperate need of some repairs. The rooms are ok, I can sleep here with no issues but things to note: the beds are very hard. Terrible lighting and unable to open the curtains to let the light since we were on the main floor and they don't have any sheers. We stayed 4 people in one room with two queens and they gave us 2 bath towels. Breakfast was great, I always love a good continental. My biggest issue with this hotel is the pool and because we traveled with a 4 and 6 year old the pool was the main attraction! It was all just kinda gross, the pool floor deck and in the water just felt gross on your feet. The hot tub was closed down. Everything was rusted and there was a green slim/film in a lot of places. And the big kicker was just how very cold the water is! This is clearly a kids pool as the deepest section is 3.5 feet so you would think it would be warmed. My kids only lasted about 30 minutes in the pool at a time before they came out shivering with blue lips requesting a hot shower back in our room. They apparently also take away all the towels in the evening and then don't replace them till around 9, but the pool opens at 8."
