"The staff was friendly and the room reasonably priced. There was no smoke alarm or intact water sprinkler in our room. There was also no interior safety latch."

"Hotel is quiet, which is nice. Rooms include 2 beds, couch, fridge, bathroom; essentials met. However, there was a smear of unknown brown substance on the outside of the toilet bowl, leftover Buffalo Wild Wings in the fridge, ice section in freezer is partially brown, and there are multiple splatters behind the garbage can. I understand this is a 2-star hotel, but I would think these issues should be addressed before new guests (my family and I) check in. We did request that the staff clean the toilet, and they did right away. So, I am grateful for that. There are also more, lower-priority issues with cleanliness (for example, the floor clearly has not been vacuumed). Do not recommend this hotel until they are able to clean up better. The pool looks nice, but I'm afraid to go into it after seeing the status of the room."

"The first room we were put into was freezing cold. It felt just like the -9 outdoor temp. The second room had a freezer in the refrigerator that was filled with frost. Not partially full, completely filled with frost. The young man at the desk brought us another refrigerator. I put my food into it overnight and in the morning everything, about $30 worth of food, was frozen solid and ruined. When I told the person at the front desk what happened, he shrugged his shoulders and muttered sorry as if he didn't mean it at all. Also, when I got into the shower, there was hair (not mine) on the walls of the shower. Please do not thank me for staying at your motel, it will NEVER happen again!"

"Disgusting, Disorder, and ultimately disappointment. There were boxes everywhere in the hall. Swimming pool shut down. No big deal. Then we make it to the room. Stains on the walls, Furniture not cleaned, Dust everywere, Bath tub was full of pubic hair and multiple black rings around the tub. I've stayed at many different hotels, and even during low staff situations I've seen more attention on cleanliness. If it weren't for it being Christmas eve and having literally zero alternatives. I would've stayed elsewhere. Zero stars if possible."

"Overall, happy experience. Very friendly housekeeping as well as the continental breakfast lady was working very hard and did a great job. Had some miscommunication with the front desk manager as we booked six rooms with a max occupancy of 6 per room, however we didn’t mark when booking that we were actually having 6 people in four of the rooms and 4 in two of them. The default had marked it as us having 1 person per room. Because of this, they charged us an extra $30 per room, but after communicating with the front desk, the lady graciously rescinded the $180 worth of fees. I help run a non-profit that was bringing a large group of youth students, so we certainly couldn’t spare that $180 and am very grateful that they withdrew the fee. If you are staying at this hotel, MAKE SURE to correctly mark how many people you are having stay in your room. This way they know what to prepare for and you won’t get any extra fees added."
