"I stay in a lot of Hampton Inns and this is by far the worst. Everything is old and worn down. The refrigerator runs loud, the room doesn’t cool down, there’s mold in the showers, nothing seems clean, none of the treadmills work. In addition to that, there were an insane number of kids running up and down the halls all night."

"Called before and asked if they had smart tvs, front desk person said all the rooms have smart tvs which is a complete lie. Beyond dissatisfied and front desk lady wasn’t even trying to give me the 100% satisfaction guarantee like the sign they have in the check in desk. I would give 0 points if I could. As you can see in the photo the remote have no smart buttons either so you know it was a regular tv."

"I was stranded here, last minute, for TWO NIGHTS due to an ice storm (over Christmas Day.) Melissa was on duty on the AM of the 26th, when the hotel went from expecting just a few guests to expecting more than quadruple that number, within just a few hours (due to the storm.) That AM she served/cooked breakfast AND manned the front desk with a smile for everyone and never showed a whiff of frustration. One little girl even spilled her cereal on the floor and as the grandma tried to clean it up, Melissa jumped in and said "do not worry, that will be no problem for me to clean up." The hospitality, alone, makes me recommend this hotel...but the rooms and location were also 5 stars!! I must say that everyone else I encountered, in addition to Marissa, were also positive, helpful, and made my experience the best it could be under the circumstances!! THANK YOU! Well DONE! (P.S. I did read the reviews about the hotel being dirty, but it was the opposite of that for me. Everywhere I went, there were people mopping floors, cleaning rooms, wiping tables in the lobby, ...)"

"I like Hampton hotels, so I expected a lot more from this location in particular. There were numerous aspects that were disappointing - the sluggish staff, one of the elevators were broken which made for a long wait a lot of times, unless of course, you were willing to walk flights of stairs, the lights of the indoor pool/hot tub area were too bright and felt clinical, walkways and general areas of the hotel were dingy and not as well maintained as one would expect from a hotel, and the list goes on but I’ll rest my case. This evening, as I browsed hotels for an upcoming trip, I had to laugh after I almost booked this hotel (again). Not making that mistake AGAIN! Save your money and stay at a Super 8. It’s probably cleaner."

"Dirty, this was one of the grossest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Room was on the fourth floor, hallways were hot and smelly. Outside of door was dirty. Every surface inside the room was sticky, and the air vent in the bathroom looked as though it had not been cleaned, ever. Air-conditioning made fun noises all night. Could hear everything in the hallway, large gap of light as well. TV had some channels that didn’t come in at all and some channels there was no volume. Bed side lamp was worn or just dirty (likely both). Pillows were lumpy and the bedsheets were itchy. Breakfast was not good, question if the same food is re-used the next day. Did not eat the second day. Probably won’t stay here ever again."
