La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fargo-Medical Center 2355 46th Street South, Fargo, ND 58104

"On Tuesday the 12th I called to make a reservation for that evening gave my credit card over the phone arriving later than evening I give the young lady my credit card and ID and I receive my room key next morning giving up getting things together after a shower play smooth things out in the truck go sit down and eat breakfast got up and want to receive my receipt for the room cast of The United counter for the receipts then she calls another lady over and points at the computer screen with three people behind the counter and other people in the lobby she tells me loudly turn on must give me another credit card I don't want to use has been decline. Informed her that is not possible it's a corporate credit card so after treating me rudely I went out to get the credit card come back in and run it and it will behold it works so the mistake is on their side not my side oh she quite loudly informed me that it was my fault now as a company we have been there for years on and off we also have had corporate rates but they kicked us out they absolutely refuse to talk to us about corporate rates after this incident I have contacted Wyndham and file a report and I have tried to speak with the general manager on numerous occasions refuses to call me back corporations should not be using this facility this is how they treat your employees and people shouldn't be using it either because they can treat you just like that as well they do not care they only want your money do not stay there"

"My family and I stayed for 2 nights at this location. Typically we have good experiences w/ LA Quinta, but not this time. The housekeeping crew completely missed our room. We came back to unmade beds, no refreshed towel and toiletries. Called the front desk and they couldn't help us. We'll definitely think twice b4 booking this location again."

"Pros: Clean rooms, quality pool and hot tub, clean public areas. Cons: Staff let the guests take over the lobby and open breakfast area. Even as a group of guests brought what equated to a fully stocked bar and speakers for music, there was no intervention by staff. Children were allowed to take over the business center and play video games on the computer. It was adequate over all but for the price that I paid, I expected much better. Breakfast was adequate when we got to enjoy it. Maybe our trip was just on the wrong weekend as this location was highly touted by a friend and I'd like to try it again. For what I got, I would have expected to pay much less."

"The rooms are clean and beds comfortable enough. They're standard hot breakfast options, I think, are made from frozen, but still not bad: potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage links. Fresh make your own waffles and the usual cold items. They had a LOT of issues with the pool in 2023. As of last visit in February 2024, pool is fully operational and not too cold (not WARM but fine)"

"The hotel was pretty good. Overall, it was clean and the beds were decent. The pillows gave some of us stiff necks. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety! The kids had a blast at the pool. The chlorine was very strong, so that cut our time in the pool short. It was a good experience."
