"Warning do not rent from these people! While living there I had put in several work orders for the same damage in my apartment that happened due to weather. The falsely labeled them as complete and I even stated it in a work order asking why it said it was done but no one ever showed up. I have phone calls texts eye witnesses and other supporting info to back up my claims. What they ended up doing was charging me for the damages after I left. here is the kicker they ask you to not be there when you move out and they lock up. I asked for supporting evidence to there charges and failed to provide anything along with charging me for normal wear and tear of a appt. yes the apartments are cheap but they will never fix a issue and along with that they will charge you when you leave. So be warned!"
