"They have updated this hotel in the past few years. Nice paint nice carpet nice beds nice pillows pool looked very good. Walls are little thin but that's okay. Was a hockey tournament time so people were allowed at night. Got to expect that but be nice if they'd shut the hell up after midnight."

"Me and my grandma was treated very kindly. They gave us a discount and was very kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was very welcoming and clean. I will definitely stay again when I go to Fargo."

"Linda “from corporate” was unbelievably rude. She closed the pool because it was “too wet”and the proceeded to drain the pool to make sure it would not be available for the weekend and she stated if it was it has a capacity of 5 people. She then proceeded to close off every other area available to guests. Children are not welcome by her and were treated like varmints. She argued with everyone and made it very known that she did not care about anyone else but herself. She made threats and used fear to scare our children. Told parents the children were not allowed to cross an open lobby area to the vending machines if they were not 21 or didn’t not have someone 21 or older with them. As all the parents were sitting in the “business center” lobby area. Literally 5 feet from the vending machines. Never will we stay again. We all ended our stay her a day early and went to a much more welcoming hotel. Thanks Linda for the great experience at Days Inn. It’s very unfortunate as the desk staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. But not so much for Manager Linda “from corporate”."

"During our stay, the front desk checked us out a day early (we did NOT check out, we had one more night booked and had not returned the room keys yet). They cleared out our room taking our personal pillows and blankets. These ended up thrown in a storage room with who knows what else. Although they cleared those things out, our suitcases were still left in the closet. I'm guessing the cleaners never even opened the closet to clean it. The breakfast served consisted of stale bagels and muffins, but not much else. The coffee was good though. Oh, and my credit card was charged double because of the mistake that they made of checking us out and back in (this issue was resolved, but still not a great experience). I would not reccomend this hotel, spend the few extra dollars and go somewhere else."

"The only plus was the proximity to shopping. The rooms were squishy/poorly arranged, details were missed while cleaning, breakfast was mediocre, hot tub was out of order after 3rd party site said there was one. Staff said “we won’t be fixing it as it’s too expensive”. We pay so much for hotels these days, there’s no way it’s “too expensive”. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, they even get you to sign a document, yet the entire 2nd floor smelt so strongly of marijuana. When front desk staff were notified, he was rude and brushed us off. And there’s no elevator! So unsatisfied, will not be returning."
