"Way over priced for what you get. Only get laundry in unit if you get a 2 bedroom. The coin op laundry barely dries your clothes. You have to dry them at least twice. Very few amenities. During the summer it is extremely hot in the units. There are so many other places in Fargo that I would rather spend my money on than this place. Would not recommend."
