"Goldmark (Kathe the staff member) was a great help to me in moving from Maine to Fargo, ND. My questions were all patiently and quickly answered. It was a stressful move for me, but the University Square Apts lessened the load. I enjoy stopping by the office occasionally to share a funny story...Heck, I even got a part time job with them! GO GOLDMARK!"

"Save your time and money! I rented from them for 2.5 years. The last year I rented from them the washing machine ate your quarters every other time you used it and one woman in the office was always condescending and rude when asking for a reimbursement. The last time it happened, they straight up said no. The neighbors in the long Island building were also hard to live around. There was garbage left in the hall on multiple occasions and a neighbor threatened to slash my tires. Also, when I first moved in, I had to literally beg for maintenance to call me the day before entering my home when I'm not there."

"The worst company ever, save your time. They’re not worthy and really rude. I wanted an apartment and without communicating with me, they gave it to someone else. This company is really trash! They don’t even deserve 1 star. They are saying: first come, first serve even after we talk on the phone and ask me to go to the office. Respect is when you treat others the way you want to be treated no matter the money."

"rude & disrespectful, no understanding or willing to work with you at all. cashed my check 4 days early from the day it was dated and caused my account to be over drafted & then proceeded to tell me it was my fault due to my not attaching a note to the check. like it’s that hard to read the date on the check? sorry i guess expecting common sense is too much for you guys! do not reccomend. i would, if they did not switch apartment managers, but these new ones suck."
