"Fay Garner and her partner broke state laws on foreclosure and stole items of value from the home. They also discarded family VHS tapes, old radio shows of a passed family member all for the taste of money. They even had the home on radar due to them losing a cell phone at a local dollar general snd the homeowners trying to find the owner. It’s all about $$$$$. It doesn’t matter what state laws they break. They clear properties before the notice is up. She is a spiteful woman who has no love except for the money she lines her pockets with. She doesn’t care whose lives she breaks. Even if it’s a terminal cancer patient, former GCSD deputy or Vietnam veteran, if she can make money she will turn into the vulture that she is."
"This is by far the absolute worst realty company I have ever worked with. Had two different agents with them and both were very lazy, unprofessional and had the listing on our house so screwed up nobody could find it. The realtors there are not trained to do their jobs and the broker says he will help but did nothing to help except give us a coke head for a realtor. Zero stars do not recommend ever doing any business with these people"
"After I moved out and did not renew my lease I was still charged for rent the next month. When I went to the office to get a refund I was denied and prompted it was “ my fault for not turning off auto pay for the rent in the portal”. Instead of helping me by giving me the portal information I was yelled at, grabbed by the arm and hit with an umbrella. I also was denied having any written agreement that the auto enrollment was turned off, as well as a written statement stating they agreed to refund me once the money that was taken from my bank account hit theirs after they said that they would. When I asked for confirmation that they didn’t have my payment she tried to shut a door on me. And proceeded to call the police. If given the choice to rent from them again or be homeless I would rather be homeless. This is just once instance that they have refused to be helpful. When we first moved into the property the fridge did not work. We informed them and they said they would reimburse me the money after I got one from rent-a- center and paid for it myself. I refused. We went 3 months without a fridge before finally getting a new one. Overall not worth the hassle."
"I must say that my dealing with this company lasted for a several months and the agents that I worked with were NOT helpful AT ALL! And on top of that they used survey, that I obtained at my expense, at someone else’s transaction, without notifying me. AND they waisted a lot of my time and money by dragging their feet and trying to blame it on someone else. Their unprofessional approach and rude communication with clients is just beyond my understanding. Very shady ppl at this company. USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE."
"I am currently renting one of the Hot Springs Reality properties they manage. I must say my experience has not been positive at ALL. I have had to bomb my apartment due to a FLEA infestation before moving in. I was told the apartment would be professionally cleaned, it wasn't. Animal fur all over the unit, nasty cabinets, spider webs all over the place and a good deal of live spiders, nasty toilets, etc. My apartment has had leaks after leaks, had to go a total of 6 days without hot water waiting for a hot water tank replacement. Took over a month and a half to receive a mailbox key, even with asking for it in person and through messages. Repairs I have reported since June have not been fixed, took two months to get a garage disposable. I have never lived in a property so poorly managed and paying almost $900. When reporting issues regarding neighbors, their response is, "We ask that you deal with the issue." I assumed they managed the property, and therefore that was their job. When telling them about the repairs and other issues I sometimes get no response or reply back, and when I do it is clear they do not seem to care and they do not have time to manage the apartments. I am not sure who is losing more me the renter or the individual paying them to manage their property."
