The Hotel Hot Springs

"If you're coming to town for the St. Paddy's Day parade, this is your place! All of the fun takes place on the hotel grounds and the streets around it. The hotel bar had a band and was very fun after all of the outside fun ended. It's conveniently located to walk to Bathhouse Row and all of the other touristy fun spots. Our room was very nice and clean. Like other reciewers, we were not a fan of the barn door to the bathroom. It doesn't seal the room and you end up feeling like you're in the same room with each other. Also the walls and doors are very thin so you hear your neighbors conversations and if they're rude like ours, their door slamming."

"The hotel had been remodeled and our room was very nice. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The desk clerks were all friendly and helpful. My only recommendation is to stock my towels for guests staying more than two nights. Great place to stay."

"This is a great hotel. Rooms are big, beds are comfy, and the staff is wonderful. It is very close to Bathhouse Row. AND a truly rare added value- the parking garage is free for guests! It is 2 blocks up the street. You won't find that at ANY of the other properties of this caliber... The only reason I didn't give it 5 ⭐️s across the board was as a female, the walk alone back at night felt quite sketchy."

"Nice rooms. Downtown is walking distance. We got drink vouchers and free breakfast. Also, they have a free shuttle service that took us to the track and to the Hot Springs Airport when we left. No surprises like the dreaded "resort fee" charged at other hotels. We'll definitely be back!"

"The room we stayed in was big and clean, bed was comfy. Our only complaint is that we were roomed next to a family that allowed their children to run up and down the halls screaming, slam the doors constantly for 3 hours. After 9pm we called the customer desk and asked for assistance, but was met with...an Ok, no, we will see what we can do. It also appeared we were the only rooms booked on the floor. It would have been nice to have a room put in between us as a buffer as we have experienced in other hotels that are not full."
