Days Inn by Wyndham Hot Springs

"This motel is terrible. The pictures are deceiving, the place is filthy and disgusting. We came to Hot Springs to enjoy the bathhouse and my first time there. I was looking for a reasonable price and available location and this seemed to fit those criterias. Pulled up and it looks like a crack den, with shaddy looking individuals lurking around. Possibly one of those "pay by the week and very hard up on your luck" kind of places. The room smelled of mold and of old potatoes. We drove down the road to the Dollar General to buy Lysol just to feel safe enough to sleep in there. Sprayed and disinfectant the bedding. Stains on the sheets. No towels, called the front desk, she brought a few but said she was unable to find anymore clean ones. So we also bought towels from the store to use. The lady at the front desk looked overwhelmed, overworked, and very short tempered. Do not book there."

"I thought I would try it out ignoring the reviews I seen but of course it was HORRIBLE. I beg you to not stay here. They assigned us to a room and we went to it and it had clearly been lived in and never cleaned-door wasn’t even locked.Staff obviously knew of it because when I went back to tell them must be wrong they said yeah they’re working on that room? Got a different room and should have just left. DISGUSTING. Smells like must, can’t even take your shoes off, no AC, burn holes in bed sheets, one light that barely works, broken tv remote never replaced, BUGS of all kind (came home and found a bed bug in our luggage…+roaches+dead & frozen roach in freezer...), tweakers up all hours of the night screaming and stomping) honestly you’d be better off buying a cheap tent and staying outside. We switched to La Quinta after one night here and cried because it was so much better than this hell hole."

"THIS IS THE TRASHIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN! I AM SURPRISED THIS PLACE IS EVEN STILL OPEN WITH THE AMOUNT OF REVIEWS THAT COMPLAIN ABOUT MOLD. We walked in and it smelled so musty and bad we had to leave the door open. We walked into the bathroom and there was clearly black mold in the bathroom above the shower. I went back down to the office and asked them to switch the rooms due to the mold and at that point I just decided to get a refund and go to the red roof inn. Not to mention they didn’t even deny the disgusting mold in the rooms and gave me no troubles refunding my money because they know it is disgusting. It seems like this hotel is only open for sketchy people doing sketchy things."

"Horrible!!!!!! Our room had bleach stains in the carpet, mold in the shower, no towels or wash rags which was ok because there was NO running water to shower or flush the toilet, the smoke detector was gone and just had wires hanging out of the wall, and there was hair all in our beds. My best friend had the adjoining room to our with the door in the middle of our rooms for us to go back and forth. We left the property around 8:20pm for supper and to go out for the evening with our husbands. Upon our return after midnight her card wouldnt work to unlock her door. We went to the office and were told that her cards had been deactivated and others had been made at some point after we left. He made her new cards and deactivated the ones that had been made. When she got in her room their towels were gone along with her clothes and there were chips and stuff in their trash can. They also had no water or shampoo conditioner or soap. This hotel is dirty and run down! I would not recommend it to anyone!!!! I have stayed some places that were out dated or just needed some TLC but that is not the case for this one!"

"Do NOT stay here. We had to get 3 different rooms due to one being filthy with blood and mold everywhere the other room the door didn’t even shut. TV didn’t work in any room, AC barely works, and don’t even get me started on the “residents” that live there. It’s very loud with foot traffic all hours of the night so be very weary of your belongings. All the rooms we had were listed as non smoking but had burn holes in the sheets and pillows and every room smelled like stale cigarettes. I bet this motel gives out hourly rates too…"
