"My family enjoyed our stay March 9th - March 11th. The room was great and the owner is very responsive. The location was perfect for us. I texted the owner and he responded immediately when we need something. It was nice a quite at night and during the day, and my family felt safe the whole time I have no negative review and would stay again. Thank you for a great stay."

"Loved my stay. This motel is flat out cool and has everything you need. Rooms were a little small, but the design and patio were on point. The bathroom was clean and very well stocked. I love that the dog could stay and they don’t rob you with a crazy pet fee. The picnic/dog run area in the back yard was great. Keypad entry and texting the hosts was a nice feature. They were very responsive to text. I was passing through Hot Springs for one night and had no idea what to expect. The motel is only slightly off the beaten path, but I felt comfortable walking to downtown. Ubers are available for a very reasonable amount and there’s a local taxi service. I went back and forth from downtown to the room three times to check on my dog to make sure he wasn’t disturbing any other guests. He was totally comfortable. There’s several hiking trails very close to the room as well, and a donut shop breakfast comes with the stay. I left too early to try it, but will be back. Def worth a stay."

"Been to many hotels which uploads only nice pictures on their website, but is actually very dirty. This one, oh boy was absolutely so nice and comfortable. The way it looks outside could be pretty deceiving. They’re very budget friendly and is located so close to the downtown. This will be my to go place for my next visit to Hot Springs."

"Love the retro-cozy feel of this cute motor court! I booked 6 cottages for a work trip and all of us were pleased! A short walk to the historic downtown area of Hot Springs, I would for sure stay here again. Clean, affordable, great location. The rooms were on the small side and the towels in my room were a bit thin, but in some of the other cottages they said the towels were a luxury!"

"I came here for an author presentation. Because of my job I travel a lot and rooms can be a gamble. This room was an amazing value. I liked that you got a text and got to go straight to your room. No drama! You can tell that it was recently updated and whoever did it wanted it to be nice. Clean. Hot water worked great. Tv worked great. Had a fridge and a microwave. I’d definitely stay here again. 100% I drove 5 minutes down the road and found one of the NICEST hikes I’ve ever been on. I only did 4 stars for service because it’s just a text message. But that’s actually what I liked."
