"The room was clean and comfortable. No issues. Breakfast was as expected. Always love making waffles! The eating area was clean. Very close to Hot Springs Bathhouse Row."

"The worst hotel i have ever set foot in. I woke up at 1am and when i walked in the restroom, a couple of cockroaches were mugging a rat! No lie. I went to get in the bed, and a bed bug looked me straight in the eye and said, "I wouldn't do that, that's nasty" in all honesty, it was horrible. The bed was so hard that i had to go buy a blow up mattress and extra pillows. They didnt have housekeeping so we hard to take our garbage out and walk to the front desk for toilet paper and towels. It was in a ghetto, and when i made the bed, i found baggies with drug residue in them, under the bed. I would have left, but was told that i could not get a refund. BEWARE, BEWARE!"

"The beds are not comfortable at all no padding at all trust me you will definitely have to visit one of the local hot springs after attempting to sleep on these beds. The pillows that they give you are like small travel pillows. Every time you move it pops and makes noises. the ac every time it kicked on sounded like a semi passing by. The che k in was easy and the guy was nice but that I'd about it"

"The location was a short drive to the fairgrounds, and the price was all right.. But the roaches in the rooms come for free. Brought my swimsuit but changed my mind with one look at the pool, decided not to disrupt the dead bugs. So your stay is 2 nights here. You only get 2 towels, and if you ask for more, you are told that's all you can get a day. Tired, so just want to sleep, let me show you to your rock-hard bed there for your injoy ment. There were more broken items in the room that were working items. The older lady who checked us in was very warm and was working as fast as she could"
