"Absolutely terrible place to live! Unless you would like to live in unsafe conditions (gunshots, gangs, loud disturbances at all hours) don't apply! My car (and others) were filled with bullet holes in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The complex took NO RESPONSIBILITY. This Forced me to move because of the inhabitability of the complex. I'm a Registered Nurse, dealing with disrespect daily from Patients, but I have never seen such a disrespectful property manager. Villa, please fix your issues, for the sake of those looking for affordability. (April 2016)"

"Pay extra for parking and someone else is in your spot. There is raw sewage on the lawn leading up to my residence mail box that has been reported but not fixed.When I moved in my living room and bedroom carpet smelled and had cigarette burns. The doors can't lock. Problem never fixed. My ac unit went out. There is always loud music and people arguing at all times of the night.There are crackheads with meth pipes and used syringes who sleep in the hallway when you walk out the door. Notified the landlord, nothing happened. If you like to see someone urinating in broad daylight by the dumpster or loitering around your vehicles.Then this is the place to live."

"The management there is very rude and disrespectful. I asked about some information about a family member that lives there; I couldn't get the information because I'm not on the lease which I was okay with. What I was not okay with however was the delivery of me not having the information. She was very rude in telling me that I couldn't and hung up right in my face afterwards. Terrible service and they need to learn the art of therapeutic communication."
