Indiandale Apartments

"They say that a picture is worth a thousand words I never got to write my review on how I survived Indiandale Apartments in 2018-2019 from the can of Raid in the picture you can see this is a severely roach infested complex no matter how much you try to keep it clean the maintenance here is an absolute joke my ceiling ended up leaking (mind you I stayed on the first floor) when it would rain really bad and we had to put a bucket underneath to catch the water until someone could get to it (it was never fixed even when I moved out) another time I was told that I didn’t pay my rent when I knew that I did because I keep all of my money order receipts after proving that to them I received a call later saying that they “found it” I won’t go on too much longer with just how terrible this place is but absolutely NEVER move here if you can help it the only reason I ended up moving here is because I was 19 at the time and needed to find a place to move into quickly and I was taken full advantage of"

"Phillis the manager is very rude and gave me false information. I have housing which she said they accept, but I don't qualify for an apartment because I don't make 3 times the rent. If I made 3 times the rent I wouldn't qualify for housing. She's is discriminate because I told her I'm 61 years old. I am reporting her to the state department and the news channels. I only gave 1 star because there were no other choices. She actually should get minus 10. Don't rent from this place."

"Me and my boyfriend have been waiting to move in and they said our move in date was October then changed it to November now they are changing it again saying it’s December and they are remodeling and the “ appliances ” are on “ back order” and now they haven’t gave us any updates and saying our move in date is moved to next year. Extremely upset, not very professional .might have to look at other apartments if they take more time."

"I enjoy the apartment but the management is terrible. They send notes out saying they’re going to change the gate code and never change it. When I put a maintenance note it they put completed and never fix the problem. Sink may or may not leak, walkway lights don’t work, fridge leaks, and you have to flip fuses sometimes."

"i wish i had the option to put no stars. as a first time apartment search we looked into indiandale. the pictures look nothing like our apartment. we have been here 2 1/2 months and have experienced a number of issues. from roaches, rats, stray animals running around everywhere, to having things in our apartment not working and calling and nothing being done for weeks because the maintenance men are too busy and they will “get to you when they can”. it’s awful. the gate is another issue. anyone can come in and out of the property at anytime. needless to say, i do not feel safe living here at all."
